Michelle Hubbard, CPSM, is a principal and the Director of Marketing at TLC Engineering Solutions. With over sixteen years of experience in AEC marketing and business development, Michelle brings a wealth of expertise to her role. A native of Florida, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
Michelle began her career in the AEC industry as a marketing coordinator for a large national general contractor and quickly advanced to manage the Southeast Division’s marketing department. She has successfully secured over $5 billion in pursuits across various vertical markets, catering to both private sector clients and public/federal municipalities.
At TLC Engineering Solutions, Michelle oversees all corporate marketing and communication initiatives, driving brand recognition throughout the industry. Her leadership and strategic vision align TLC’s marketing efforts with their clients’ needs.
Michelle is a past president of SMPS Central Florida and currently serves as an advisor to their Board of Directors. She has also actively contributed to the Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP) Florida’s Board of Directors.
Outside of work, Michelle is a dedicated wife and mother to two children, Tristen (11) and Leah (8). She enjoys traveling, which allows her to explore new cultures and create lasting memories with her family.
