#31: Ideas to Improve Workplace Culture
Let’s kick off 2021 on the right foot. This week, I’m interviewing Hilary Pritchett, owner and creator of Nine Little Boxes and Go Get Coaching and Consultants. Nine Little Boxes is a Workplace Wellness activity box. Each set of 54 cards describes activities designed to encourage healthy ways of taking breaks and connecting with your colleagues.
Each card is based on one of the nine themes: Celebrate, Laugh, Let Go, Connect, Care, Move, Create, Give, and Relax. Hilary explains how your office can implement different strategies to make your office happier and a better environment to work in, whether working in the office or virtually.
