Inspired by The Lazy Genius podcast, I’m letting you in on a few practical tips and habits that are keeping me grounded and (mostly) stress-free during this busy season.
Why Small Changes Can Have a Big Impact
Here’s the thing—sometimes it’s not the big, sweeping changes that make a difference. Often, it’s the little tweaks in our routine that reduce decision fatigue and give us more time for what truly matters. That’s what this episode is all about. I’m sharing my personal life-savers that make the day-to-day hustle a little more manageable—and hopefully, they’ll spark ideas for how you can simplify your own life, too.
Here’s What I’m Sharing in This Episode:
My Secret Kitchen Shortcuts 🍽️: I’ll walk you through how I’ve made cooking at home easier (and faster!)—all while keeping it healthy and delicious.
Fitness Activity = Confidence Boost 💪: I’m not just working on my health; I’m working on my mindset. Want to feel like a total badass? I’ve got some tips for you!
Why I’m Ditching the Scroll at Night 📱 ➡️ 📚: Social media can be a time suck, especially at night. Hear about what I switched to instead, and it’s helped me sleep better and wake up more refreshed. In this episode, I’ll tell you exactly how this small change has made a big impact on my mental clarity and stress levels.

You talked about frozen ginger but didn’t mention frozen chopped onions. It’s great for sauces and flavor.
OOHHHH!!! I didn’t even think about that. Do you chop/freeze your own onions are do you buy them already chopped and frozen? I must know all of your tricks. ~Lindsay
You can buy frozen chopped onions, AND they are inexpensive.
They aren’t something you can use for let’s say salsa where you want a bit of texture. However, making a sauce or needing flavor; it is an awesome time saver.
Awesome sauce! Thank you.
